I asked the server to choose my fish that is popular. He ordered me 설농탕 (beef broth soup) and told me it was boiled over 24 hours and is a popular dish. He was right and reminded me of my mom’s cooking. I came from Michigan and traveled the world including Korea and can genuinely can say this is one of the best beef broth soup I had over decades.
Clean and nice atmosphere and large TV screens filled the restaurant. Love the experience of dining Korean food and hospitality.

We had dinner here last night and ordered the kimchi stew, cold naengmyeon, and seafood pancake. Every dish was excellent! The seafood pancake was perfectly crispy, and the kimchi stew was rich, flavorful, and exactly to my taste. We really enjoyed everything we ordered.
The owner, Keith, made the experience even better. He was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our side dishes were refilled before we even had to ask. Since we're visiting from Boston, we had a lot of questions about the area and local food, and he took the time to answer all of them with genuine kindness and thoughtful recommendations.
Keith mentioned that he also owns a few other restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, we probably won't have time to visit them on this trip, but if you're in the area, I highly recommend Tang. Great food, wonderful hospitality, and an all-around memorable dining experience!

This waa our first time getting food from Tang but we'll definitely go back -- everything was delicious and plentiful. Try the kimchee pancakes as an appetizer -- yum -- it's kind of a Korean style onion loaf. There was a minor issue.with our order and the staff (quite possibly the owners).couldn't have been nicer, insisting on giving us tea while.we waited.
